TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Strength
The foundation of powerlifting. Focus is on raw force production through heavy barbell movements, progressive overload, and high neuromuscular intent.
Nutrition
Fueling for performance and recovery. Precise macronutrient partitioning optimized for muscle hypertrophy, joint health, and weight-class regulation.
Recovery
Strength doesn't grow in the gym; it grows during rest. Strict sleep hygiene, active recovery, and active fatigue management are mandatory.
Mindset & Focus
Motivation is temporary; discipline is permanent. Stoic focus under heavy loads, visualization of successful attempts, and controlled arousal.
